Finally I’m back from my long break of my sister’s wedding. It was a fun-filled occasion with family memories. To start off, with the wedding around the corner and preparations in place I started having ‘stress’ pimples out of nowhere. Having a sensitive skin type, the ‘stress’ pimples left dark spots on my face (pimples scarring) – making me look somewhat weird – as if there’s a huge freckles on my face.
I quickly had to do something about it as the wedding approached; my sister chose me to be the bridesmaid for her! As always, I’ve taken a ton of pictures and I’m looking forward to share them with you on my blog! But before I dive in to write about the wedding, I like to share with you a new product that I recently discovered – which saved my skin!
Kudos to my life saver – Introducing to you Palmer’s Skin Therapy Oil. Its story time, let me share with you a little history about Palmer’s.
E.T. Browne Drug Company is one of the longest standing proprietors of skin and hair care products in the United States. The company has been family owned since the middle of the nineteenth century and has been under the current ownership since 1971. E.T. Browne Drug Company has been headquartered in New Jersey for over 50 years.
Under the current ownership, the revolutionary brand Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula was created and introduced to the world. Since that time Palmer’s has expanded on its vast knowledge and heritage, developing brand ranges such as Skin Success, Shea Butter Formula, Olive Butter Formula, Coconut Oil Formula, Olive Oil Formula and Hair Success.
These brands give E.T. Browne a strong presence in important market segments such as skin care, pregnancy, skin fade care, and hair care. Palmer’s has a global presence; available in over 80 countries offering the #1 Cocoa Butter brand in the world. This unique heritage and commitment to quality has stood the test of time, making Palmer’s a trusted household name, used by families for generations.
Product: Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula (Skin Therapy Oil)
This retail-size bottle holds 30ml of product. You only need a tiny amount of product for use on both face and neck. I would gently massage into affected area 3 times daily or as often as desired, depending on your comfort.
Canola Oil, Isopropyl Myristate, Cetearyl Ethylhexanoate, Sesamum Indicum (Sesame) Seed Oil, Dimethicone, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Tocopheryl Acetate, Fragrance (Parfum), Rosa Canina Seed Extract.
It comes with a dropper that is attached to the cap. It’s easy, eco-friendly & non-greasy. All we gotta do is place a few drops on your palm and spread it on the desired place accordingly.
The lightweight formula absorbs quickly, and it leaves me with dewy soft glowing skin. It’s the Cetesomate Complex which helps deliver all of the essential vitamins and nutrients directly into the epidermal layer of the skin.
Palmer’s Skin Therapy Oil for Face can be purchased from Guardian online store or physical stores at a retail price of MYR 49.88 in Malaysia.
Another reason I support this product is the work for charitable organisation that they are involved in is something to be praised for considering the fact I am an avid social worker. Palmer’s is a proud sponsor of Susan G. Komen for the Cure and the Young People’s Chorus of New York City.
1. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, is an organization supporting breast cancer research.
2. The Young People’s Chorus of New York City (YPC), is recognized as one of today’s finest and most influential youth choruses. More than 1,100 children of many ethnic, religious and economic backgrounds participate annually through the chorus’ core after-school program and its Satellite program in New York City schools.
